سأرى يوما ما
بحرا يطل على عينيك
ولهيب الجرح
يضئ
سأرى وطنا شاهق المعنى
ولا أحد إليه يسئ
ستتحول الزنزانة
إلى نجمة وقاعة درس
ستتحول الدمعة الطنانة
إلى عيد وعرس
سأرى يوما ما
الرغيف من أصابع شمس
والبيت من مناديل أم
سأرى الناس يتبارون على الحب
لا على الظلم
سأرى يوما ما
جنوني المفرط في الألم
يعبر خصري بالرقص
ويحلم بسلام
على الصاعقة
سأرى يوما ما
أمام البيت قمر
وخلف الباب عاشقة
فلن تظل الحرب طربا
ولن يظل الطرب حربا
بين القلوب الشاهقة
سأرى يوما ما

على جبين الوطن
